I am Angelique Verver, the owner of Platinum Imagination Hair and Makeup. Nice to meet you! 😄
I was born in Dallas and raised in Keller, Texas. Yea I am a Texas gal! lol I’m a graduate of the Ogle School of Hair Design in Arlington, Texas. I have owned Platinum Imagination here in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for 20 years and lived in SD for over 26 years. I am a mom to 2 beautiful daughters, have 2 kitty fur babies and have a wonderful amazing partner Nate!
I LOVE all theses things and more…the Lord, my family, All humans, travel, the beach, everything Texas, coffee, soccer, yoga, the ocean, book club/reading, hanging with my girl tribes, being on the water on a fast jet ski…experiencing joy and having gratitude for each moment because LIFE IS TOO SHORT! I enjoy creating art no matter the medium. In another part of my life lol, I was also former wicked soccer player for over 20 years, former Vice President of the Sioux Falls Soccer Association, and former Vice President of South Dakota Adult Soccer!
My previous beauty industry experience includes working as a Master hair/makeup artist at salons in the prestigious Studio Salon @ 4 Seasons Hotel, Studio 4001, and Spa Atelier all in Las Colinas, Texas. During that time, I became a Co-Bridal Director for both Studio Salon and Spa Atelier. I’ve worked with high-end clients, celebrities, commercials, book covers, television shows, runway, weddings, editorial magazines, and pageants. You name it, I have probably done it. lol Over 900 weddings I have had the honor to be a part of ❤️
I love that my work allows me to travel and meet people all over North America, including Dallas, Minneapolis, Atlanta, New York, and Canada. I’m excited to continue traveling to help make the world beautiful!
The Lord has blessed me to have a passion and talent for hair and makeup to share in many different capacities. I humbly and graciously serve to bring that to the beautiful souls in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and beyond! Thank you if you read this far!! 🫶🏻😘

Thank you to Angelique for going above and beyond on my wedding day! Not only did she do an AMAZING job on my makeup but she did so many extra little things like having hand warmers available to keep my hands warm, Kleenexes available at all times and touching up my makeup between photos. When the wind did a number on my hair during outdoor photos, she re-curled all of my hair before I walked down the isle and this wasn't even her job or in our contract!! If anyone is looking for a makeup artist for their wedding or an event, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANGELIQUE!! (You better call fast though because she books up quickly!) Not only is she just the sweetest person to work with but she will blow you away with all of the "little extras" that she does. Thank you Angelique for making me feel extra special on my wedding day!
